Warranty: Phoenix Domes provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty designed to safeguard against UV damage and cover deterioration. Although the warranty spans 5 years, you can expect your dome to maintain its integrity for over a decade.

Our meticulously engineered frames are purpose-built to withstand both snow and wind loads. For your peace of mind and ease of permitting, we include a detailed load report along with your dome.

Return Policy: Our return policy stipulates that domes may only be returned in instances where an incorrect item has been dispatched or in the case of a substantial manufacturing defect. In situations involving minor issues, our commitment is to promptly offer solutions, which may involve providing replacement parts or rectifying the problem. Additionally, in applicable scenarios, we may issue partial refunds to compensate for any necessary extra work. 

Shipping Disclaimer: Upon delivery of your dome, we strongly advise an immediate inspection for any signs of damage, missing components, or loose items. It is crucial to document these observations on the form provided by the driver, labeling any discovered damages as such. This proactive step is imperative for initiating claims in the event of any harm during transit. Please ensure that you thoroughly check and verify the presence of all items at the earliest opportunity.

While your accessories, such as flashings and solar fans, typically ship separately through Canada Post or courier services, each dome package should include:

  • Frame crate containing struts, curtain tracks, and associated hardware
  • Comprehensive green insulation bundle
  • Robust cover bundle
  • Slightly lighter liner and curtain bundle
  • In the updated version, the cover, liner, and curtain will be consolidated within a separate crate.

It is paramount to inspect for any holes, tears, rips, or missing items prior to endorsing the delivery slip. Unfortunately, we have encountered instances of damaged shipments due to the negligence of couriers, circumstances beyond our control. Consequently, adhering to this inspection protocol enables us to promptly initiate insurance claims when necessary.

If you report damages subsequent to the delivery, we regretfully cannot accept responsibility. However, please rest assured that we are committed to replacing any missing items attributed to packaging discrepancies.

Cancellations & Refunds: At Comfortable Coast, we take pride in offering one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any point before it ships, and this comes at no cost to you (please note exceptions, especially with custom-made orders).

Order Shipment: Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As part of our commitment to prompt service, we immediately contact our suppliers to confirm the availability of your ordered items for immediate shipment. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will promptly void the pre-authorization and inform you via email. For items in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days, we will process the charges and proceed with shipping. In the case of any delays, we will inform you prior to processing payment.

Shipping Time: If your order is in stock and payment is processed, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of order. Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products, such as those from brands like Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, and Fireplaces, Etc., cannot be canceled or refunded. These products are crafted according to your specifications and initiated upon order placement. While these products come with warranties for functionality and operation, they fall outside the scope of cancellations and returns. Refunds and Returns: Exchanges are accepted, with customers responsible for associated shipping costs. Not all shipped orders are eligible for returns, as per manufacturer policies. Our products are sourced directly from manufacturers, which may restrict our ability to accept returns. Specific return eligibility varies; for personalized guidance, please reach out to us.

Returns of certain products will incur a 25% cancellation fee along with return shipping costs due to rising LTL/freight shipping expenses. If you are replacing a product, we may assist in covering some costs depending on the item.
