Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST (New York time). Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Handling time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Sat).
Personalized & Customized Jewelry
For made-to-order and customized pieces, handling times are longer, as each piece is carefully handcrafted by our artisans. Due to the nature of this process, delivery times are extended — standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, while express shipping delivers within 5–8 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances, though such delays are highly uncommon.
Please note that shipping times begin when the package is dispatched and exclude customs clearance or processing delays. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you promptly via email if your shipment is significantly delayed.

Delivery timelines are calculated from the moment your order is placed, factoring in our cut-off time, handling, and shipping duration. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery windows may occasionally extend during public holidays or high-volume periods. Rest assured, we'll notify you by email right away if there are any significant delays with your shipment.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order tracking
The moment your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent straight to your inbox. You can also follow your order's journey anytime via the 'Track Order' page on our website. Just a friendly reminder — tracking your order is always free of charge. Please ignore any third-party websites or advertisements that ask for payment to track your shipment.
Address accuracy
We kindly ask that you carefully review and confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we have no ability to intercept, modify, or redirect it — so accuracy at checkout is absolutely essential. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking status shows as delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, we kindly ask that you first check with your neighbors, household members, and local courier office before reaching out, as parcels are occasionally left in alternate locations. If the package still cannot be located after these steps, please contact us at sales@comfortablecoast.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We'll do our best to assist you, which may include filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged items
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition — however, if your package arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize and want to make it right. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
