3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR U.S. RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
We at Comfortable Coast, in collaboration with Infinity Kyota and Sharper Image, are committed to providing our valued customers with exemplary customer & technical support. The massage chairs we retail come with a 3-year structural framework warranty, ensuring long-term use and durability.
For a period of 2 years, any covered parts that need replacing due to manufacturing defects will be provided at no cost by the respective manufacturers. If in-home service becomes necessary, the warranty covers labor costs for the first year.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our massage chairs, courtesy of Sharper Image and Infinity Kyota, are designed, built, and inspected to ensure your utmost enjoyment and satisfaction. However, on the off chance that manufacturing defects occur, our limited warranty provides cover for these eventualities.
If you have recently purchased a massage chair from us, please proceed with registering your warranty.
DURATION OF WARRANTY
In the event that in-home service is required, we will coordinate with our manufacturers to arrange for the necessary covered parts to be delivered to you. If needed, an authorized service provider will be dispatched to repair your product at no cost to you. If a specific part is no longer in production, a similar product may be provided as a replacement.
Please note that the retail replacement value will not exceed the original net price paid for the product. If you decline the replacement product, the manufacturer is no longer obligated to conduct repairs under warranty coverage.
During the 2-year parts warranty coverage, any needed repairs will be provided with parts at no cost. However, please be aware that customers are responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees for parts not covered by this warranty or covered parts but outside of the warranty period. The structure warranty only covers the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
Our warranty does not cover loss or damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial usage, alterations or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, electrical disturbances, dropped product, misuse, neglect, vandalism, environmental conditions, theft, transportation damage, or purchases from unauthorized dealers.
Damage due to shipping and handling, softening/hardening of foams, fading or wearing of fabrics, natural variations in leather, and failures of attach points are not considered defects under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.
