    SHIPPING POLICY

    Order Confirmation:

    Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our team at Comfortable Coast. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If, for any reason, your item is backordered or unavailable, we will promptly cancel your pre-authorization and inform you via email. Should your item(s) be available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and proceed to ship your order.

    No Shipping outside the USA (Some exceptions may apply).

    Order Shipment:

    Once our team confirms your order, we will initiate the shipping process, and your credit card will be charged within five business days from the order placement date. Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, you will receive an email from Comfortable Coast at the email address provided during checkout. This email will contain the tracking information for your shipment. In the unlikely event that you have not received tracking information within six business days after placing your order, kindly contact us at sales@comfortablecoast.com or call us at (307) 218-3432.

    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Cancellations & Refunds: We take pride in offering the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order any time before it ships, and we won't charge you any cancellation fees. (Exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).

    Cancellations (Before Order Ships): If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. You can reach our agents during business hours at (307) 218-3432, use the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@comfortablecoast.com anytime.

    Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are specially manufactured for your order. Once you place your order, production begins immediately. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please feel free to message or call us.

    All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

    Refunds & Returns: The majority of our products are eligible for return and refund if you initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item. However, certain items, such as software, are ineligible for return or refund. Please refer to the product page for more information on the specific product.

    Damages: Inspect your item(s) upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery and send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@comfortablecoast.com within 24 hours of delivery. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid.

    Warranty: Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Comfortable Coast will defer to the manufacturer's standard warranty. All requests for return must be submitted to sales@comfortablecoast.com and are subject to the approval of the product's manufacturer. Warranty claims are applicable to defects in workmanship and do not cover damages caused by use. 

    Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most of our products come with a guarantee warranty policy, ensuring you receive a fully functional, operating product without any additional expenses incurred on your end. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused with original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued within 7 days of inspection, minus restocking fee. Damaged items can be returned for replacement. Exchanges not available.
