Returns:
Returns must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging materials and box. Customer is responsible for shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us to request a return authorization and shipping label.
Damages:
When your item(s) are delivered, it's important to inspect the packaging. If you find any damage, you can either make a note of it while signing for delivery or refuse the delivery entirely, and it will be returned to our supplier. If there is any damage that is not immediately visible, please contact us right away and send photos of the damage to sales@comfortablecoast.com. We'll take care of contacting the manufacturers on your behalf to handle any claims.
