At Dundalk LeisureCraft, we take pride in creating custom-built saunas from our Canadian Timber Collection. As these saunas are made with meticulous attention to detail, please note that there is a production time of 6-8 weeks.

Building and packing your sauna in a crate: Rest assured that your sauna will be carefully constructed and securely packed for transportation.
Arranging for shipping to your home: We'll take care of the shipping arrangements, ensuring your sauna reaches your doorstep.
Trucking Company Responsibilities:
Making an appointment to deliver your sauna: The trucking company will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery date.
Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside:
Lift Gate Assistance (for crate less than 92"): If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may provide a lift gate on the back of the truck to assist with unloading.
Unloading Assistance (for crate more than 92"): If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there won't be a lift gate to unload the crate. In this case, it's essential for you to decide how the crate will be unloaded from the truck.
Customer Responsibilities:
Responding to Trucking Company Calls: Please make sure to promptly return phone calls from the trucking company to arrange a delivery time.
Determining Unloading Method: It's crucial for you to plan how the sauna crate will be unloaded from the truck, considering the crate's length (varying from 6 to 14 feet) and weight (ranging from 800 to 1600 pounds based on sauna size).
Unloading the Sauna Crate: The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck. Here are some suggested methods:
Dealing with Damaged Crate: In case the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, but please take pictures of the damage and note it on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately contact your dealer or Dundalk, so we can contact the shipper. Mark the BOL with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”)

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery:
Please contact your Representative with your order# to make any changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and your customers’ needs at all times. Please remember to double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days. We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on your order. Any order change or cancellation fees will not apply in this scenario.
