Shipping Policy:

We offer worldwide shipping for most products, but there may be restrictions on certain items for international destinations. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimated based on item availability and chosen shipping options during checkout. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. The shipping timeframe starts from the date the order is shipped and picked up by the carrier, not the date of order placement. Shipping rates are weight-based and will be rounded up to the next full pound to align with shipping company policies.

For international shipments, kindly Contact Us with your item(s) and shipping information, and we will provide you with a quote. Recipients of deliveries outside the US may be subject to import duty or customs charges, which are the recipient's responsibility. Before placing an order, we advise checking the custom duty threshold of the destination country to avoid any additional charges.

Revised Returns Policy:

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at (307) 218-3432 or email sales@comfortablecoast.com with your order number and product details. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions and address.

Refunds for returns typically take up to four weeks, although often, you may receive the refund sooner. This includes transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing time (5 to 10 business days).

In cases of wrong or defective items, please specify that in your return request, and we will cover the return shipping costs if it resulted from our error or if the item is defective.

Returns & Warranty Process:

For general returns of Aqua Creek products, a 25% restocking fee applies to each item, and shipping is not covered or reimbursed. For exchanges, warranty claims, or faulty products, you must first request a return and then purchase the replacement part. Replacement parts are ordered and paid in full upfront, and we will ship them along with a Return shipping label for sending back faulty parts. Upon receiving and testing the faulty part, a warranty refund will be issued based on the warranty period and testing results. If the part tests good, you have the option to keep the new part without a refund, or you can return it to receive a refund minus shipping costs. Faulty parts must be returned within 30 days.
