All Reyhee products come with a warranty, assuring they are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship, provided they are delivered to you new, in original packaging, from an authorized Reyhee reseller, and used under normal conditions as described in the user manual, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty grants you specific rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Reyhee provides a limited warranty on all eligible products purchased in the United States.
The limited warranty covers failures due to material or workmanship defects. However, wheels, seats, storage pockets, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear are not covered. The limited warranty starts from the original purchase date and is valid only for the original purchaser. A proof of purchase is necessary to avail any services guaranteed under the warranty.
The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products sold by unauthorized resellers. It does not cover defects caused by improper or unreasonable use, accidents caused by the user (including liquid spills, scratches, tears/rips), failure to comply with all warnings and instructions, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
The warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Products replaced under the warranty may be brand new or factory refurbished. If the defective product is discontinued, out of stock, or end of life, Reyhee will replace it with a product of equivalent value or features. The warranty period does not renew with replacement products.
Please note that insurance coverage in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage, or death while using a Reyhee product is not guaranteed. Please check with your insurance provider for more details.
Returns and Shipping
Free standard shipping will apply , reference Comfortable Coast return and refund policy to understand associated costs to returning Reyhee Products.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused with original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued within 7 days of inspection, minus restocking fee. Damaged items can be returned for replacement. Exchanges not available. Non-refundable items: final sale, personalized, perishable.
