- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Return Process:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery for returns.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or a full refund.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping must be done with a trackable method, and items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
