At comfortable&coast, we ensure that all orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days for delivery, while express shipping offers faster delivery within 5–8 business days.
Please note that shipping times begin when the package is dispatched and exclude customs clearance or processing delays.
For made-to-order customised pieces, handling times are longer, as each piece is carefully hand-crafted by artisans, resulting in extended delivery times. In rare cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances, but such delays are highly uncommon.
During periods of high order volumes, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you promptly via email if your shipment is significantly delayed.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
