Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Once beds are delivered, they are not eligible for return. In the event that a bed is defective or damaged, please send images of the issue to sales@comfortablecoast.com . This will enable us to arrange for a full replacement or a replacement of the affected part.

For assistance, please contact the customer service number provided in your emailed order confirmation within 72 hours of the delivery. If any defects are discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation has been delivered, they may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

Warranty

The Joerns® WeCare™ bed is protected by a one-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty safeguards against any defects in materials and workmanship that may arise under normal use and service.

The one-year warranty covers all mechanical and electrical components of the bed.

Furthermore, the steel structural components of the bed are covered under warranty for a duration of 7 years from the date of delivery.

The warranty for welds extends for the lifetime of the product.

However, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by using the bed in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse, or failure to follow the user and service instructions for maintaining the product.

Please note that any alteration, modification, or repair performed on the bed without the written authorization of Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.

Parts:

The Joerns beds consist of various parts that may experience normal wear and tear from regular use. These parts, including DC batteries, are not covered under the one-year warranty. However, they are covered for a period of 90 days starting from the date of delivery.
