Once beds are delivered, they are not eligible for return. In the event that a bed is defective or damaged, please send images of the issue to sales@comfortablecoast.com . This will enable us to arrange for a full replacement or a replacement of the affected part.

For assistance, please contact the customer service number provided in your emailed order confirmation within 72 hours of the delivery. If any defects are discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation has been delivered, they may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
