Shipping and Delivery

• ComfortableCoast.com ships anywhere in the US, with free shipping available on most items. Please contact us for shipping quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations. We offer curbside delivery as well as White Glove delivery options.

Shipping Information

• The shipping times quoted are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks, with average delivery taking 7-12 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided, and the delivery company will contact you to schedule the delivery.

Delivery Options

• Curbside Delivery: Delivery to your curbside only; products will not be brought into your home.

• White Glove Delivery: Includes bringing products into your home and setup.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If possible, please contact us while the delivery driver is still present at 1-888-533-9991. Have the driver mark damaged or missing items on the freight bill. If the merchandise is damaged beyond use, we ask that you refuse those items. If usable, please retain the item while we arrange for a replacement or repair. Keep all original packaging until further instructions are provided. Damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Defective Merchandise

• Defective items will be shipped to us at Comfortable Coast's expense. Once repaired or replaced, we will return the item at no charge to you. Items damaged due to misuse are not covered under warranty and will be repaired or replaced at your cost.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of inspection. Damaged items may be returned for replacement, but exchanges are not available. Final sale, personalized, and perishable items are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Orders cannot be canceled after 24-48 hours, as the item may have already shipped.

Furniture Assembly

• Most items can be assembled without tools; however, some may require basic hand tools like a screwdriver.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items

• In cases of backorders or discontinued items, you will be notified, and a replacement or similar product will be offered. Orders can be canceled without penalty in such cases.
