Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Returns

Once beds are delivered, they are not eligible for return. In the event that a bed is defective or damaged, please send images of the issue to sales@comfortablecoast.com . This will enable us to arrange for a full replacement or a replacement of the affected part.

For assistance, please contact the customer service number provided in your emailed order confirmation within 72 hours of the delivery. If any defects are discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation has been delivered, they may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

Warranty

The Joerns UltraCare XT beds are covered by a five-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures protection against any defects in materials and workmanship that may occur during normal use and service.

The five-year warranty encompasses all mechanical and electrical components of the beds.

Moreover, the steel structural components of the beds are covered under warranty for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery.

The warranty for welds extends for the lifetime of the product.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by using the beds in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse, or failure to follow the user and service instructions for maintaining the product.

Any alteration, modification, or repair performed on the beds without the written authorization of Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.

Parts:

The Joerns beds include various parts that may experience normal wear and tear from regular use. These parts, such as DC batteries, hand pendant, and casters, are covered for a duration of 90 days starting from the date of delivery.
