Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Shipping

Upon placing your order, it typically takes around 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship your order from our warehouse. After this, expect another 4 to 5 days in transit. Generally, we advise our customers to anticipate their delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the point of purchase. We utilize standard ground shipping services (UPS or FedEx) for the majority of items. However, larger Tzora items may necessitate freight shipping and typically require about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any international address is not available. Please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple packages. The provided shipping times are estimated and occasionally we encounter delays due to supply chain complications.

Returns

We aim to make the return process simple and hassle-free for our customers. We provide a return window of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return shipping fees and a 3% processing fee will be borne by the customer. Additionally, while some items may not carry a restocking fee, others may have a restocking fee of 25%. Each vendor's policy may differ, so please inquire about your specific item for more information. To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@comfortablecoast.com or reach us at 3072183432. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in a new/unused condition and must be returned in the original box and packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please be advised that most add-on accessories are non-refundable.

Warranty

The warranty lasts for a year, providing coverage for defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, items such as tyres, upholstery, light bulbs, plastic covers, and batteries are not included in the warranty. Furthermore, any wear and tear due to overuse, incorrect handling, deliberate harm, or unsanctioned alterations or repairs are not protected under the warranty terms.
