Shipping Information

  • Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories).

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4 PM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period on eligible products. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

  • Customers must contact sales@comfortablecoast.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending any product back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the returned item.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the product is received and inspected.

  • Items purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) must be returned through those platforms in accordance with their respective return policies.


Warranty Coverage

All Titan Outdoor TVs sold by Comfortable Coast are backed by the official manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship:

  • 24 months for televisions

  • 12 months for other electronic products

  • 30 days for non-electronic accessories

A dated proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. In the absence of a receipt, the warranty period will begin from the date of manufacture (determined by the serial number).


Warranty Service & Returns

If your product arrives defective or fails under warranty:

  1. Contact sales@comfortablecoast.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to validate the warranty and arrange for either a replacement part, repair, or full unit replacement if applicable.

  3. If a replacement unit is shipped before the original is returned, a valid credit card must be provided as a security hold.

  4. The original product must be returned within 30 days of the replacement being dispatched. Failure to return the original unit may result in a charge to the credit card on file.

Products must be returned in original packaging. If the packaging is no longer available, replacement packing materials can be purchased by contacting the manufacturer. Improperly packaged returns may be denied or billed for repair costs.


Non-Warranty Conditions

Warranty claims will be denied if the product:

  • Is physically damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Has been altered, tampered with, or overpowered

  • Shows signs of abuse, mishandling, or missing serial number

  • Is returned without a valid RMA number

For non-warranty repairs or replacements, estimates may be provided upon request. Repairs outside of warranty are the responsibility of the customer and will include the cost of parts, labor, and shipping.
