    SHIPPING AND RETURNS

    We currently provide shipping to the continental United States. Standard shipping takes an estimated 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the customer receives the order confirmation email. Orders placed after 4 PM (PST) on Friday are processed on the following Monday.

    For international shipping inquiries, please call (307) 218-3432 or email: sales@comfortablecoast.com. We use standard logistics providers and you may receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation email when the customer order is shipped.

    When returning an item, please note the following:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
    • Returned in accordance with our respective return and refund policies.
    • Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are repackaged in its original condition, original packaging with all the documentation and accessories that came with it.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Customers must contact Comfortable Coast before returning products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Comfortable Coast shall have the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the product value.
    • Products returned after 30 days of purchase due to manufacturer defects are subject to inspection and repair under our limited warranty terms.

    HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

    Please email sales@comfortablecoast.com to register customer return and include the original order number in the email and ensure the item is returned within 30 days. No refunds will be issued until the item is received in its original packaging with its documentation and accessories.

    Products returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened in its original undamaged packaging will be subject to inspection and returned for credit less discounts, taxes, fees, and shipping costs, if applicable.

    Products returned within 30 days of purchase, opened, but unused will be subject to inspection and returned for credit less discounts, taxes, fees, and shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% may apply depending on the condition.

    After 30-days, all returns are subject to the terms of the limited warranty policy. No other returns are accepted.

    Returns for credit will be approved and processed only when Comfortable Coast has inspected the product for completeness, including its physical and operational condition. Request for returns for credit must include an accurate description of why the item is being returned.

    Returns for credit will be denied if the product has been altered, tempered with, installed incorrectly, overpowered, or damaged from abuse or mishandling. All freight charges are billed directly to the dealer (or customer).

    PRODUCTS RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

    Items that arrived faulty can be returned by contacting sales@comfortablecoast.com. On receiving customer request, Comfortable Coast team will contact you to determine the defect, what is needed for repair or replacement, and to validate the warranty. After successful validation, we will send the replacement part or product as appropriate and may include a return tag for the defective item.

    Return Packaging: TVs should be returned in original packing carton with all necessary inserts to prevent further damage. If packing material has been discarded, the customer should contact Comfortable Coast Customer Service via email sales@comfortablecoast.com to purchase replacement packing material. Equipment received physically damaged (other than from original shipment freight damage, which should be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon receipt) will be billed to dealer/customer at the cost of repair.

    For warranty repair, a dated copy of the sales invoice to the end-user must accompany the repair request to validate the beginning of the warranty period. Without this invoice, the warranty period will begin from the date of manufacturing, which is coded on the serial number plate.

    Your original receipt or order number acts as proof of date of purchase. Warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, mis-installation, or normal wear and tear.

    Requests for warranty repair must be accompanied by a detailed description of the problem(s) to be repaired.

    Non-warranty repairs or replacement returns may be subject to an estimate fee or restocking fee, which may be applied to the final repair or replacement costs of the unit.

    A product which has been altered, tempered with, installed incorrectly, overpowered, or damaged from abuse or mishandling voids any and all warranties. The owner may opt to have the product repaired (if possible) at the owner's expense for parts, labor, and shipping costs. 

    OUTDOOR TV WARRANTY

    LIMITED WARRANTY AND PROCEDURES

    Titan Outdoor warrants that this product conforms to the manufacturer's specifications and will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Should any defect occur, Titan Outdoor will correct the defect subject to the following conditions:

    Commercial Installations:

    Titan Outdoor will provide parts and labor to replace defective parts without charge for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale by Titan Outdoor and/or an authorized Titan Outdoor reseller to the end-user. An extended warranty will be available soon.

    Residential Installations:

    Titan Outdoor will provide parts and labor to replace defective parts without charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale by Titan Outdoor and/or an authorized Titan Outdoor reseller to the end-user.

    Recertified Outdoor TV Warranties:

    Titan Outdoor Full Outdoor TVs: 180 days manufacturer's warranty from the ship date. Titan Outdoor Commercial Outdoor TVs: 180 days manufacturer's warranty from the ship date. Proof of Purchase:

    A copy of the dated sales invoice from an authorized dealer is required, together with the product serial number, to obtain service under this warranty.

    This Warranty Does Not Cover:

    Shipping costs both to and from Titan Outdoor office, shipping damage, or damage caused during unpacking and/or removal of protective packing material. Any fees or taxes associated with exporting or importing any products to or from the U.S.A. Labor costs to uninstall and reinstall Titan Outdoor TVs and accessories. Service required as a result of improper, incorrect, or insufficient AC supply voltage (GFI, surge protector, or outlet rated for outdoor use according to state laws). Any unit which is modified, tampered with, adjusted, repaired, or damaged due to improper installation, power line surge, improper voltage supply, inadequate signal pickup, incorporation into other products, or repaired by a party other than Titan Outdoor or its authorized representatives. Any failure, loss, damage, or personal injury due to accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse by the consumer or to improper operation, maintenance, or storage or to alteration or to failure to follow normal operating procedures as outlined in the instruction manual. Any unit purchased from an unauthorized seller and any owner other than the original end-user. If any original factory labels and/or serial number have been removed, defaced, replaced, or tampered with in any way. Indirect, consequential, or special damages, except as required by federal or state laws. Damage which results from fire, flood, lightning, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of God. Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior that has been defaced or caused by normal wear and tear. Damage to the television caused by inappropriate cleaners or chemicals, including razor blades and brick wash. Corrosion of the television from acid rain, salt, air pollutants, or sand. Corrosion of the television that results from improper maintenance. Any breaches in the exterior finishes, such as scratches or chips, can result in corrosion. Any unit modified or tampered with by any party other than Titan Outdoor or its authorized accessories. Warranties are also non-transferable unless authorized by Titan Outdoor in writing. Titan Outdoor and its representatives or agents shall, in no event, be liable for any general, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or occasioned by the use of or the inability to use this product. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. All other warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by Titan Outdoor and its representatives. The laws of some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, this warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with such laws. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.

    All warranty inspections and repairs must be performed by authorized Titan Outdoor service technicians.

    Warranty Procedures:

    Please have your receipt and serial number available. When you contact us at (307) 218-3432, we will troubleshoot and diagnose the problem over the phone. If the television is deemed non-repairable onsite, the television must be sent back to the Titan Outdoor factory in Dallas, TX. Any TV that is deemed beyond a reasonable repair cost, Titan Outdoor reserves the right to replace it with a comparable model TV. If a return is required, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

    Replacements: Will be provided for applicable products within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. Credit card information will be collected before shipment of the replacement product. If Titan Outdoor does not receive the original product back within thirty (30) days of shipping the replacement product, the credit card on file will be charged at full MSRP. Freight charges may apply for products outside of the first thirty (30) days.

    Repairs In-Factory (Dallas, TX): Must include a copy of your original sales receipt with the return product and the RMA number written on the box. Titan Outdoor will not accept any returned products without an RMA number. The purchaser must return the product to Titan Outdoor in its original or equivalent packaging and send it freight prepaid. Please ensure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. If the original box is not available, please contact us to have a new box shipped to you (applicable fee applies).

    If we determine that the product is not covered under the warranty, beyond economical repair (BER), or damaged from return shipping, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis. Do not return any accessories, including remote controls, unless that accessory is related to an equipment failure. Removable speakers should not be attached to TVs during shipping.

    International Shipments:

    A shipment is classified as international at the time the product leaves the boundaries of the United States. Comfortable Coast's limited warranty
