Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

Return Request Process:
- Contact our support team at sales@comfortablecoast.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds are issued once the returned item passes inspection.
- There is a 20% restocking fee
- Processing time for refunds is 7-15 business days after we receive the return.
