    Shipping and Processing

    Please note that shipping and processing for your order take approximately 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your product is delivered with the utmost care.

    Returns Policy

    At Comfortable Coast, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

    Conditions for Returns

    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any item, please contact us at sales@comfortablecoast.com or 307-218-3432 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
    • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Return Shipping: Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer if the item is not factory defective.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are non-returnable, including mattresses unless structurally defective and reported with photographic proof within 12 hours of delivery.

    Fees and Charges

    • Credit Card Processing Fee: Any item returned that was paid for with a debit, credit, or prepaid card will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
    • Restocking Fee: Non-defective items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the inability to resell the item as new.
    • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your order after it has been loaded with our delivery company, you will be charged a $119 delivery fee. This fee will also apply if you confirm delivery and are unavailable when the truck arrives.
    • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items showing signs of use, such as pet hair, stains, or damage, will be deemed non-returnable. Upon arrival at our warehouse, returned items will be inspected within 48 hours, and the appropriate refund will be issued.

    Refund Process

    • Inspection and Credit: Once the returned item is received and inspected, credit or refund will be issued. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear.


    • Before Shipping: We are happy to exchange an item if your order has not already shipped.
    • After Shipping: Exchanges for shipped products are not allowed and would fall under our 7-day return policy.

    Damaged Items

    • Upon Delivery: If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please notify the shipping company immediately.
    • Post-Delivery: If you notice damage after delivery, please take photos and send them to sales@comfortablecoast.com within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and determine a solution, such as a replacement or repair.


    Comfortable Coast warrants that its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. We will replace any product that does not meet this warranty. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear or fitness for a particular use.
