Ok so I've got really skinny ankles and usually every anklet just slides down onto my foot, which drives me mad. This one has an extender so I did it up on the shortest link and it sits right above my ankle bone! I've been wearing it with boots and thick socks since it's winter here and it hasn't snagged once. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 5–8 days. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email.
What is your return policy?
You have 180 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be in the same or similar condition as when you received them, with proof of purchase. Email sales@comfortablecoast.com to start your return and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings or body jewelry, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I return personalized jewelry?
Personalized, engraved and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If yours arrives damaged, defective or made incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store each piece separately in its pouch or box, away from direct sunlight, and polish occasionally with a soft cloth. Put perfume and lotion on before your jewelry, not after.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our Size Guide to measure at home with a strip of paper and a ruler. Between sizes? Choose the larger one.
Does my order come gift-ready?
Every order arrives in our signature co&co gift box with a soft keepsake pouch and a polishing cloth. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll include it.
