Adjustable base returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for shipping the adjustable base back, and an inspection will be done upon return. Send us an email at sales@comfortablecoast.com to start your return.

Each Malouf base is backed by a limited warranty that is prorated over time. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under the conditions and exceptions stated and is extended to the original purchaser. For warranty coverage to be granted, you must first follow directed troubleshooting procedures. Email warranty@maloufhome.com to submit your claim.

Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page. Most of our products come with a guarantee warranty policy, ensuring you receive a fully functional, operating product without any additional expenses incurred on your end.
